Shipping policy

Do you ship worldwide?
- Yes, I ship from Canada to most international locations via PostNL and Stallion.

Do you ship to the UK/ EU?
- Yes! But please be aware that you will be responsible for any VAT or duty related charges that may occur.

Will tariffs affect my order?
- Unfortunately due to the ongoing tariff fees, there will be delays on shipments to the USA. There will be a slight increase in shipping cost, but cocobunni will take on any tariff fees. Any additional customs fees or taxes will be the responsibility of the buyer.
- Please note that once the package has been sent out, I am not responsible for any delays, lost packages or customs.

How long will it take for my order to ship?
- Please allow up to one week for your order to ship.

When will I receive my order?
- The following times are an estimate, but please note that with ongoing postal strikes and stricter border checks, there may be slight delays.
- Canada: 1-2 weeks
- USA: 2-4 weeks
- International: 3-12 weeks

My order still hasn’t arrived. What do I do?
- If you have not received your order within the estimated timeframes, please first contact your local post office.
- If you still have not received your order, please contact or email me at cocobunnistudio@gmail.com. I’ll try my best to locate your package, but please note that I am not responsible for any lost mail and will not be able to provide a refund or exchange.
- Please check the ‘Add Tracking’ option at checkout for letter mail if you are worried.

Shipping Methods

Untracked letter mail
- Available to Canadian and US customers for flat items only (stickers, sticker sheets, etc)
- Shipped via a regular stamp and no tracking
- Please select tracked shipping if you are concerned about delivery, as I do no accept refunds or exchanges for lost mail

Untracked oversize letter mail
- Available to Canadian customers only for non-flat items that are small enough to fit through the Canada Post mail slot (memo pads, pins, small notebooks, etc)
- Please select tracked shipping if you are concerned about delivery, as I do no accept refunds or exchanges for lost mail
