Do you accept refunds/ exchanges?
All sales are final. I do not currently accept returns or exchanges. If there are any issues with your order, please contact or email me at cocobunnistudio@gmail.com!
Do you accept cancellations?
If the order has not yet been packed, then I will cancel your order if requested.
Are your stickers waterproof? What material are they?
All cocobunni stickers are printed on matte vinyl and are water resistant. In general, water will not damage them, but prolonged contact with water may affect their life span.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, I ship from Canada to most international locations via PostNL.
Do you ship to the UK/ EU?
Yes! But please be aware that you will be responsible for any VAT or duty related charges that may occur.
Will tariffs affect my order?
Unfortunately due to the ongoing tariff fees, there will be delays on shipments to the USA. There will be a slight increase in shipping cost, but cocobunni will take on any tariff fees. Any additional customs fees or taxes will be the responsibility of the buyer.
Please note that once the package has been sent out, I am not responsible for any delays, lost packages or customs.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Please allow up to one week for your order to ship.
When will I receive my order?
The following times are an estimate, but please note that with ongoing postal strikes and stricter border checks, there may be slight delays.
Canada: 1-2 weeks
USA: 2-4 weeks
International: 3-12 weeks
My order still hasn’t arrived. What do I do?
If you have not received your order within the estimated timeframes, please first contact your local post office.
If you still have not received your order, please contact or email me at cocobunnistudio@gmail.com. I’ll try my best to locate your package, but please note that I am not responsible for any lost mail and will not be able to provide a refund or exchange.
Please check the ‘Add Tracking’ option at checkout for letter mail if you are worried.
What currency are your listings in?
All pricing is in CAD.
Do you do local pickups?
Yes! I currently offer pickups if requested and subject to my availability within the GTA. Please contact me first to make sure!
Digital products
Downloadable items such as app icon sets and wallpapers are available on my Etsy!
Flat mail orders
If you are in Canada and ordering flat items such as stickers, or prints, they will be shipped as untracked letter mail. Memo pads and postcard sets (max of 2) will be shipped as oversized letter mail.
This is to help keep shipping costs low, but please be aware that I will not be responsible for any lost or delayed mail.
If you would like to add tracking, please check the “Add Tracking” option in checkout!
Currently I’m only offering domestic untracked letter mail at the moment!
- Letter mail pricing: $1.75
- Oversized letter mail pricing: $1.75, + an additional $1.75/ oversized item (memo pads, postcard sets)
Do you take commissions?
I do on a case by case basis! You can message me on Instagram to see if I’m available! I sometimes do crochet commissions, and art commissions. :) Payment can be through e-transfer, Paypal invoice, or pick up if nearby!
Do you offer wholesale?
Yes I do! Wholesale is offered only to retailers with a physical or online shop. You can view my wholesale items on Faire!
